Your completed form and supporting images or documentation can be:

- Emailed to [wwhoageneral@gmail.com](mailto:wwhoageneral@gmail.com) (**recommended**)
- Dropped off at 170 Forest Trail
- Mailed to 100 Winding Oaks Lane, Oviedo, FL 32765

The board of directors and architectural committee members can take 30 days to approve your request. Please plan accordingly. Typically the turnaround time is much less but please be patient as they are all volunteers. Do not move forward with improvements without approval as you would be responsible if it is not approved.

These Rules & Regulations have been officially approved by the board as a valuable addition to the C, C & Rs. Their purpose is to provide a clear understanding of the existing restrictions and to define additional details that will enhance the community's well-being.
